This Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practices of the Bracketz.com website (the "Website"). We have provided this statement of our Privacy Policy to answer your questions about the types of information that we gather about you while you are using the Website, and the ways in which we use and share this information.

By visiting and using the Website, you agree that your use of the Website is governed by this Privacy Policy. In addition to our Privacy Policy, your use of the Website is governed by our Terms and Conditions which governs in the event of any conflict with this Privacy Policy.

1. WHO ARE BRACKETZ.COM AND WONDAY, LLC. Bracketz.com is a bracket-tournament-themed website that offers you free, online entertainment in the form of voting polls and bracket tournaments. WonDay, LLC (sometimes referred to in this Privacy Policy as “we” or “us”) is the owner of Bracketz.com. 

2. SCOPE OF PRIVACY POLICY.  This Privacy Policy applies to WonDay and the Bracketz.com Website. It does not apply to other companies' or organizations' web sites to which we link or to companies that we do not own or control.

3. THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT.  We may collect and store information that you voluntarily supply to us while on the Website. We also collect and store non-personally identifiable information that is generated automatically as you navigate through the Website. For example, we may collect information about your computer's connection to the Internet, which allows us, among other things, to improve the delivery of our web pages to you and to measure traffic on the Website.

4. HOW IS INFORMATION USED?  We use the information we collect from you while you are using the Website in a variety of ways, including, for example, to process your registration request, provide you with services and communications that you have requested, send you email updates and other communications, customize features and advertising that appear on the Website, deliver the Website content to you, measure Website traffic, measure user interests and traffic patterns, and improve the Website and the services and features offered via the Website.

HOW IS INFORMATION COLLECTED?  In addition to the other methods explained in this Privacy Policy, we collect and analyze traffic on the Website by keeping track of the IP addresses of our visitors. IP addresses are unique numeric identifiers that are assigned to each computer browser accessing the Internet. An IP address, by itself, cannot identify you personally. However, when combined with other information provided by your Internet Service Provider (ISP), your IP address can be used to identify the computer originating a message.

6. ARE COOKIES USED ON THE WEBSITE?

1. Our Use of Cookies.  Yes, we use cookies. Cookies are small files that your web browser places on your hard drive for record-keeping purposes. This cookie does not collect information that personally identifies you as an individual, but merely allows us to recognize your repeated visits to the Website. By showing how and when visitors use the Website, cookies help us deliver advertisements, identify how many unique users visit us, and track user trends and patterns. This information can include: date/time of banner ad shown, the banner ad that was shown, their cookie, and the IP address. Our Collection of Advertising Data.  We may use cookies, web beacons and similar technologies, and/or a third-party ad serving software, to collect non-personally identifiable information about Website users and Website activity, and we may use this information to, among other things, serve targeted advertisements on the Website. Third-Party Provider Partners.  We may make some content, products and services available through the Website through cooperative relationships with third-party providers, where the brands of our provider partner appear on the Website in connection with such content, products and/or services. We may share with our provider partner any information you provide, or that is collected, in the course of visiting any pages that are made available in cooperation with our provider partner. In some cases, the provider partner may collect information from you directly, in which cases the privacy policy of our provider partner may apply to the provider partner's use of your information. The privacy policy of our provider partners may differ from ours. Security and Compliance with the Law.  We reserve the right to disclose your personal information to appropriate third-parties if we are required to do so by law or we believe that such action is necessary in order (i) to comply with legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena or court order; (ii) to protect the company's rights and property; (iii) to investigate reports of users sending material using a false e-mail address or users sending harassing, threatening, or abusive messages; (iv) to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of the Website; or (v) during emergencies, such as when we believe someone's physical safety is at risk.

4. Transfer of Business.  As our business grows, we may buy or sell various assets. In the event that we sell some or all of our assets, or the Website is acquired by another company, information about the Website users may be among the transferred assets.

9. YOUR CONTROL OVER YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

1. Opt-Out/Changing Your Status.  If you are a registered member of the Website, you can make changes to your account information by logging in to the Website and modify your preferences on the Account Preferences page. If you do not wish to receive email notifications from us, you can login to your Profile page and disable the email notifications setting found by clicking on the “Edit Your Profile” link. In addition, every email communication we send you contains a clearly worded "Opt-Out" or "Unsubscribe" link allowing you to withdraw your permission for future mailings.

2. Additional Information for California Residents. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits our visitors who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. If applicable, this information would include a list of the categories of personal information that was shared and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared information in the immediately preceding calendar year. Blocking or Deleting Cookies.  You can manually delete cookies which are normally located in your temporary internet folder or cookie folder. You can also reset the preferences in your web browser to notify you when you have received a cookie or, alternatively, to refuse to accept cookies. Deleting or blocking cookies will not impact your ability to use and access the Bracketz.com Website.

10. WHAT IS THE POLICY REGARDING CHILDREN?  The Website is not intended for children under the age of thirteen years old. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of thirteen.
