- WHO ARE BRACKETZ.COM AND WONDAY, LLC. Bracketz.com is a bracket-tournament-themed website that offers you free, online entertainment in the form of voting polls and bracket tournaments. WonDay, LLC (sometimes referred to in this Privacy Policy as “we” or “us”) is the owner of Bracketz.com.
- SCOPE OF PRIVACY POLICY. This Privacy Policy applies to WonDay and the Bracketz.com Website. It does not apply to other companies' or organizations' web sites to which we link or to companies that we do not own or control.
- THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT. We may collect and store information that you voluntarily supply to us while on the Website. We also collect and store non-personally identifiable information that is generated automatically as you navigate through the Website.
