Bracketz Privacy Policy
WonDay Inc. operates the Bracketz website at www.bracketz.com (the “Site”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. We provide this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policy and practices, and of the choices you can make about the way your information is collected, when you visit the Site.
This Privacy Policy applies only to information that we collect from you via the Site. It does not apply to information that you disclose through correspondence (such as email or snail mail), via telephone, or which we may receive from another website. Additionally, the Site may contain links to other entities’ websites that we do not control or operate. To the extent that you disclose, or you authorize us to disclose, your information to other parties, we are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. If, at any time, you prefer not to receive further e-mail communications from us, we will provide you with the ability to unsubscribe from such communications.
Access and Accuracy
We aim to keep your personally identifiable information as accurate as possible. You will have the opportunity to update and correct any of your personally identifiable information collected and maintained by use by logging into your account on the Site and entering any new information about yourself. You must promptly update your personally identifiable information if it changes or is not accurate. We reserve the right to access or remove such information in our sole discretion.
