WonDay, LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others, and we ask our content partners and those posting to the Bracketz.com website (the “Website”) to do the same. We will remove infringing materials in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act if properly notified that content infringes copyright.

3. Sending a Counter Notice.  If you believe that your Submission to this Website has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification and you would like us to put the Submission back up on the Website, please provide our copyright agent with the following information in writing pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed. For example, this could be the url of the webpage on the Bracketz.com website on which the material appeared.
• A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
